Meet The Team
Savannah Brown
A passionate educator, private tutor, and UCLA-trained teaching artist, Savannah has over a decade of teaching experience working with children through both academic and arts-based programs. With a B.A. in Theatre and a specialized Arts Education Teaching Certificate, Savannah brings a unique, creative approach to learning that supports both intellectual and emotional development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Savannah led private teaching pods for children ages 4–7, designing and delivering full preschool and elementary curriculums that combined academic instruction with movement, storytelling, and play. Her teaching philosophy centers around meeting each child where they are, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Zoe Rafferty
With a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and nearly a decade of diverse teaching experience across public, private, and international schools, Zoe specializes in developing personal, standards-aligned curriculum that is both innovative and responsive to student needs. She has designed inquiry-based units, created personalized semester-long curriculum, and led school-wide professional development in literacy, math, and social-emotional learning. Her work spans through classroom teaching, educational therapy, and homeschool consulting, with a strong focus on equity, neurodiversity, and student-centered learning. Through a data-informed and whole student approach, she creates engaging learning experiences that support meaningful and lasting academic growth.
